Balance- Increased building times on many buildings.

Balance - Changed the tech requirements for roads.

Bug Fix- Bloodline building for architect now reflective of the new buildings.

Balance - Reduced base tax of cities from 12 to 6, castle from 6 to 2, and temples from 8 to 4.
- Also reduced the amount of base troops across the board.

Additions - Castle Military Buildings! Give it a look there are some interesting new building chains to give your military more flavor.

Next Update - Temple buildings and city military buildings!
