Fixed NVGs not working with fn_randomKit.sqf

Updated fn_randomiseUnits.sqf to include NVGs as this was not done previously

Fixed typo in fn_triggerSpawn.sqf to allow it to sleep while running checks for player presence.
Fixed typo in fn_rangomKit.sqf that was stopping a check which resulted in the randomisation firing on units that had been customised in the 3DEN editor (this should not occur to allow better integration with mission building).
