Update: 17 Mar, 2020 @ 5:34pm

This is the first complete release of the mainline extension, including adjustment of the timetable for services on the mainline. More refinements are to come.

Mainline changes:
- Station 'Steenwijk' has been added to all services, including intercity services
- Station 'Meppel' has been added for all stopping (classed as semi-fast) services
- All times have been adjusted to deal with the single track part between Steenwijk and Wolvega, which limits the track capacity there to about 6 services per hour (until the long planned for second track was opened in 1975).

- All extra morning services are now run entirely by class 37's.
- Regular stopping services are done with class 127's
- There's a new slow coal run service from Meppel to Heerenveen. It needs to let faster traffic by twice.

Update: 17 Mar, 2020 @ 6:27am

There's a hard crash at 9:55 am, so reverting back to an older version.

Update: 17 Mar, 2020 @ 6:26am

Update: 16 Mar, 2020 @ 6:02am

Update: 16 Mar, 2020 @ 4:56am

First release of the Mainline Extension. The Scenery is 85% complete.

Timetables & refinements are to come with future updates, but there are 2 playable 'sneak peak' services for now. One down with class 112, one up with class 37.

Stations added / Line information:
- 'Peperga' station (no passenger services)
- 'Steenwijk' Station
- Remnants of a closed stop 'Nijeveen'
- The line joins another, busier mainline, just before station 'Meppel'
- Route ends just before 'Staphorst' (closed).

Meppel Station is quite large with 12+ tracks. Historically, some passenger trains would split and combine here - the service from Leeuwarden and the one from the other mainline would then travel onward combined. This is why there are platforms 2A and 2B, 3A and 3B with scissor crossings halfway the main platform.
