Covenant Origin Changes:

- Start with the Diplomacy tradition unlocked with the federation tradition.

- You now start the game with a Holy Covenant federation with the Sangheili Council of City-States empire.

- Fixed an issue where starting the game with this origin would unintentionally establish communications with enclaves.

- Changed the Sangheili graphical culture to sangheili_01 (Recommend using the SotP shipset mod for the Sangheili cityset and ships to appear with the Covenant aesthetic).

- Fixed an issue with the Luminary relic showing a black box in the relic tab.
- Updated the covenant namelists with ship pattern class names.
- Updated army namelists with vehicle pattern class names.
- Added a new army type: The Zashk-pattern Draugr, a heavy mobile fortress vehicle that has a high amount of health and army damage. Can be built from the coveannt assembly forge building and researching cov heavy vehicle and excavator tech.
- Updated Scarab and Kraken damage and health numbers.
