Posted some updates, this should fix a LOT with technology. Also, there are three stages of Nanite Ships:

- Nanite Interdictor
- Nanite Mothership
- Nanite Core

Added the Bio-Processor Foundry District to Nanite Forgeworlds. Which will provide 6 jobs, 6 housing, and in total turn 18 food into 24 energy

You can now *choose* to colonize OR harvest worlds you colonize

also gave some Nanite / Dessanu Traits at 0 cost

Added planet flags for compatibility:

Harvest World: "has_planet_flag = pc_bh_harvest"
Harvested World (Depleted): "has_planet_flag = pc_bh_harvested"
Nanite Forgeworld: "has_planet_flag = pc_nanite_forgeworld"
