Updated some changes, harvest worlds now become forgeworlds at the end

also gave some Nanite / Dessanu Traits at 0 cost

Added planet flags for compatibility:

Harvest World: "has_planet_flag = pc_bh_harvest"
Harvested World (Depleted): "has_planet_flag = pc_bh_harvested"
Nanite Forgeworld: "has_planet_flag = pc_nanite_forgeworld"
