Added rules for naval battles-ships have higher hit points and morale. Ship charge speed raised 10%. Raised hit point 5% on heavy and medium infantry. Changed fire combustion levels to vegetation and towers. Longer time to hold capture points.

Better special formations and unit effects. Major boost to shield screens and shield walls-better defense and missile blocks Testudo blocks way more missiles. Spear Wall better bonus against cavalry. most special abilities improved all round. Now they are worth using.
