Fixed issue with ammo order in MK3 config causing weapon to fail

Update
Converted to new AoE damage config for Weapon Core
As a result of this the weapons had to be rebalanced. Its a process of learning the new system vs before so there might be issues here and there in regards of balance

While doing this X-3 got tweaked to be more effective vs Heavy armor with a different damage profile

Major Update
[Ammo Cost Rebalance]
Been on the todo list for a long time. All ammo costs have been rebalanced. The approach have been to use production time(ore -> ingot) as a referense.
- Overall its much cheaper
- Platinum is now only required for: Mk3, X-3 and Coil ammo
Will do some more tweaks on this.

[Cost and Durability Rebalance]
Tweaks to durability for some turrets

[Weapon Performance]
Some weapons got increased firerate but reduced per shot damage to compensate
Increased rotation/elevation rates


[Effects]
New fancy muzzle and hit effects

- Updated collision model of MK1 turret. Should solve issues with turret not targeting
