Split DLC armors off from the main Armor Temperature Resistance Correction mod.

Added missed Reptile armors (Flawless through Epic). Per request, swapped the resistance on the Pictish & Kambujan Shaman armors. Will change Turnanian next. DLC armors are not included in the DevKit as items and I don't have either the Pictish or Turnan DLCs, so if I missed something or changed the wrong thing, let me know.

Added Flawless Zingaran Freebooter (forgot it previously) and the Reptilian armor per request (I agree this one also doesn't make much sense protecting from cold when it's found in the warmer regions of the map).
