Update attempting to integrate DHS

Hopefully improved fps a bit, added voiceover that was originally planned for the antagonist, added achievements,
changed some map layouts, added new cover areas, redid turret and drone positioning, and made boss fight slightly easier
(but still pretty much impossible).
Some bugs I wasn't able to track down, press the Home button on your keyboard if the map traps you somehow.
