Version 1.5! - The Pirate Update

Changelog:
-As a landed courtier through residency barony, or as any one province county, you may declare piracy, gaining a pirate trait and culture! That can be removed once you change culture to something no piraty!
-Fixed the permanent courtier modifier till future generations. Now after some years the courtier debuf will disapear
-Now you can break oath from your liege and become independent (even if that will rival you to the liege you left)
-Provinces now have something called troubles.... You can manualy go solve them for a list of events by being a general and moving to the province

Update (Alpha v1.2) - The diplomacy of letters

New Feautures:
-A diplomatic system of sending letters for improving or degrading opinion, creating rivals or making friends
-New methods of marrying: (Favor, friendship, Lovers both liked by liege, prestige)
-A set of job traits!

Changes:
-Travelling nerfed to 5 years, and with a cost
-Courtiers start with 50 gold now
-No prestige loss on turning courtier
-New Option post courtier start - Leave me alone - (No death to family but leaves completly alone)
-Unlawful territory holder will now expire after 20 years, becoming a duke or having 5 or more titles

Overhaul:
-Completly fixed the start courtier events from original mod, now anyone can be left behind as chancelor and new ruler of abandoned lands

Fixes:
-Fixed Title destrucion error
-Landed characters will lose job gain modifier.
-Fixed Lots of buggy events
-Complete correction of loc by one of our team members

UPDATE v1.4 - THE BEG FOR LAND Update

Fixes:
- Courtier and title will be removed now once you become landed again (HURAH!)
- ADDED A NEW START OF MOVING EVENT, and a new travel event
- Added a CD of 15 years to moving so as to not be spammed. Do not worry, failing to move will reset the cd so you can try again imediatly

New Content:
-Massive Decision: Beg Liege for Land - Allows a courtier to waste some prestige and a favor to ATEMPT to gain a land. Remember to look at a lieges traits, your stats, and if the liege has any provinces to give away :)

Fixes:
- Heavy cav will now correctly be created
- Particians and merchant repub cant no longer become courtiers
- Fixed some localization erros in the options of localized decisions
-Fixed wealth in some decision error
- CASUS BELLI of courtiers no actually gets land!!!!!

Others:
-Fixed compatibility with GAME OF THRONES MOD! HURAAH
