Changed the heart pon positions at the last checkpoint.

This fix shall vastly decrease the frustration in this map.

Added more checkpoints and heart pons.
(Supposedly) Fixed all camera jerking when on rolling platforms
Reworked obstacles
Updated JumpRecovery Volumes and cubemap

Added jump recovery volumes
Added a notice about no bonk surfing

Replaced a balloon with platform with the hope of lowering difficulties with the controllers
