UPDATE - 11/20/2019 - Version 2.0 IS ALIVE!

COOLANT IS NOW A 'LIQUID' (Gas). OLD COOLANT (Ingot) IS NO LONGER REQUIRED. YOU MUST HAVE A COOLANT GENERATOR, AND COOLANT TANK BUILT. OLD COOLANT CAN BE CONVERTED BY THE GENERATOR FOR ONLY POWER COST, IT IS 1:1 TO LIQUID.

Ingot Coolant that was in a reactor can be removed and placed into the Coolant Generator to produce Liquid Coolant.

Reactor will shut down if no liquid coolant is available (more devious plans are coming for this... muahahha). Reactor must be turned back on manually in the event coolant runs empty.

Detailed Info / Custom Info contains coolant usage. Usage requirements scale with power usage, and multiply as you pass 60% (1.5x as much coolant), and 90% (2x) utilization.

Coolant can be transported between ships without connection by building a Coolant Bottle, and filling it at the Generator. Once filled, place it in the Coolant Tank, and the coolant tank will consume the bottle, making it available to use by the reactor

KNOWN ISSUES:

Flipping a reactor On/Off switch multiple times may make it bug out and turn on. This will be fixed within the next week.

Coolant Tanks do not (always?) properly update their fill when ingesting coolant from Coolant Bottles.

COOLANT IS NOW (ALSO) A LIQUID / GAS. THIS IS A MID V2 LAUNCH SO THAT YOUR SHIPS DONT UTTERLY BORK ON THE NEXT UPDATE

YOU WILL NEED TO BUILD A COOLANT GENERATOR, AND OPTIONALLY, A COOLANT TANK, BEFORE 11/20/2019 OR YOUR REACTORS WILL STOP FUNCTIONING AGAIN. I APOLOGIZE, THIS WILL BE THE LAST MAJOR CHANGE TO THIS MOD.

In an effort to make things a bit more real, I decide to make coolant a Liquid / Gas, as opposed to a 'fuel'.

This update Makes the Coolant Generator and Coolant Tanks available, without them being activated / required.

Coolant Generators Make a 1:1 Coolant Pack -> Coolant Liquid, so no resources are lost in conversion.

Coolant Tanks are useless currently, but will function, and fill. These will be used in a future release.

BE WARNED THAT COOLANT (LIQUID) WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE FUTURE RELEASE.

COOLANT BEING UNAVAILABLE WILL TURN THE REACTOR OFF, AND YOU MUST MANUALLY TURN THE REACTOR BACK ON ONCE COOLANT IS AVAILABLE.

Added new Block, and new Required Item for Reactors.

New Block generates Coolant from Ice at a 2:1 Ratio, Large and Small Grids available.

Reactors Require Reactor Coolant to Operate. Reactors will Shutdown if none is available.

Coolant "Burns" at the same rate as fuel; Not something I can really deal with, without massive programming.
