Lu Bu's arrival has been moved. The problem with moving characters between the dates 192 - 194 is events get stacked and important game events such as "Diaochan arriving at the palace", "The Fall of the Tyrant", "Guo Jia's rebellion" will not play because they get pushed from the line.

The game gives two years for those events to play out, so you can have two to three characters come, but as most people use all my mods having more will break the design of the game and that's not acceptable.

So Empress He, Zheng Jiang and Lu Zheng come before 192. It still might push the first event a couple of turns, but the main game events play. Then once they have, Diaochan will arrive, followed by Lu Bu keeping in context to the historical timeline.

Also, this gives you time to prepare, take commanderies and develop them in good time so to have administerial positions, the characters are balanced to come, in a natural manner enhancing your play through.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this issue had to be addressed. Thanks for everyone with bug reports and suggestions.
