v5.3.0 update

Patch notes:
- Three new xenotypes for the Oni, with two of them adding a little more backstory and history as a race.
- Enslaved Oni xenotype: Genetically chained an Oni to become an obedient slave and livestock, limiting their future growth and encouraged to breed like animals among themselves.
- Domesticated Oni xenotype: Identical to enslaved Oni, but through generations of forced xenogene implantation and mutation, it now became part of their germline and inherited by their children.
- Shinigami Oni: Revenant Talons combat xenotype, only found on their most elite of soldiers that guard their overworked caravans and mismanaged logistic system.
- Cast time of Shinigami's pressure have been reduced from 1 second to 0.25 second.
- Sound volume of abilities Shinigami's pressure and Mark of Death have been increased.
- Revenant Talons has increased stock on genepacks and archite capsules.

For Combat Extended:
- Fixed Revenant Talons' "Loot distributor" trader and faction base trader sale of ammo issue.
- Oni dust: Shinigami's blessing, have a lowered requirement of humanlike kill from 44 to 33 in Combat Extended.

- New games with default Revenant Talons player type scenario now have "Strangers in black" incident disabled.
- Oni and Ancestral Oni are no longer bothered by bad food ideology thoughts from Fungus Eating precepts.
- Ancestral Oni now disregard a lot of ideology thoughts from Cannibalism/Eating Alien precepts. Only "last ate human/alien flesh" thoughts are not affected.
- Ancestral Oni now no longer care eating twisted meat from Anomaly. Normal modern Oni will still be bothered.
- Integration patch for Ancient Urban Ruins mod.
- XML Extensions options added to the mod (Only Ancient Urban Ruins related settings for now).
