Spawns moved back
Reallignment Teleport occurs 1 second after trader open event
Mid node increased to 100000
money donated for boss is now displayed on boss wave start
glass should now not cause culling
players can no longer walk through lasers in trader time

Pushed spawns to end of lanes to avoid respawning players being killed by returning laserfields
