Sorry for the long drought of updates.
Went through all the DLC I have and made changes to the config xml to expose river generation settings for every map script.

Change Config.xml to Config.sql and scripted to explose river settings for all map scripts ( those out of the box, and those added by mods ). This will not expose the settings for pre-generated maps.

Reduced maximum values to something more sane.
Values below a certain point became meaningless as they resulted in zero rivers being generated.

Exposed a fourth setting. Improved understanding of values.

Actually WORKS now.
LUA script is imported and settings are honored with river generation.
