Added the Holy Nation Outlaws! They will scream about skeletons, but they won't attack yours.
You can recruit them by:
1) Offering them shelter (around your base)
2) Giving them 5000 cats
3) Being at war with the Holy Nation
4) Being stronger than them
(You need to be male and a greenlander or a scorchlander to be able to talk to them.)

Added more dialogue and tweaked a few features.
Every "nice" recruitment option will now give a relation bonus to that faction.
Bonus:
Even though HN Outlaws and Hungry Bandits would attack each other on sight, if you only have recruited one of them, they won't do so, if you have recruited both squads. So happy recruiting guys!

You should now be able to recruit hungry bandits and starving vagrants if you approach them and offer them food. (You need to have bread and dried meat in your inventory.)
Recruiting through force can now fail, if you are not stronger than the bandit you are talking to. Watch out if it does!

Added the lost drone. (Treat that poor guy well!)
Starving vagrants will be recruitable too.
