Removed the lights-out logic from the reactor shutoff logic. Added indicator lights to the backup batteries

Added logic that in the case of the reactor output reaching zero, oxygen generation and lighting turn off. Added so that the ship's computer warns the crew of the power-outage.

Added c-4 blocks to the railgun shells, and added a few decorative lights on the exterior

Added diving suits to the upper docking port

Added a backup battery array that activates once the reactor stops, and added a duct block to drain the upper docking room

Lowered the floor below the junction boxes, and connected the hull between engineering and electrical

Added indicator lights to the emergency door override buttons

Fixed the airlock door override switches

Moved the keel turret back more, and adjusted the bottom hull
