Extended the ladders a bit for ease-of-access for players and AI

Removed automatically opening hatches for flooding, and replaced them with duct blocks

Added security and captain access only to the armory

Changed so that the sirens shut up after the flood is over

fixed values on water detectors to let hatches open when sub is not flooded

Added flooding sirens and water detector opening systems for the hatches

Made the bottom ballast tanks larger
