'Drone Overclocking' edicts, which can be activated by spending 3000 processing resources to increase drone output by 20%.

Description is slightly changed, and correct one typo.

Processing Power
It is now renamed to Processing Resources and its description is also changed.

You can now see its monthly income and stockpiled amount at the topbar, next to naval capacity icon.
(Tell me if you can not, it might be a mod conflict.)

You can now trade it at market.

Modifier
Disadvantage effect dose Not reduce complex drone output anymore. Its condition is also changed, now you will get it when processing resources stockpile is 0 and income is minus.

Advantage condition is changed, now you will get it depend on processing resources stockpile NOT income. (up to 20000)
