++ Filled in a few city blocks with buildings

** Changed friction of nearly everything:
** Lowered friction of sand, dirt, grass, etc to 0.8 (from 1.0)
** Raised friction of all pavements and roads to 1.1 (from 1.0)

++ Added railings to a few corners on May Highway
++ Added ramps to some flat roofs

~~ Smoothed out the terrain in a few locations
~~ Altered the terrain in Julian slightly
~~ Shuffled a few buildings around in the downtown area

++ Added the forest town of Julian (Look for the street signs on James May Highway)
++ Increased foliage in the areas around Julian
++ Added stop signs to most intersections (where needed)
++ Added street signs to a few rural streets
++ Added road markings to many intersections
++ Added some parking lot markings at the airport to test size
++ Added two new skyscrapers

~~ Updated the runway and a few buildings to allow tire marks and smoke
~~ Updated a few sections of road to remove terrain clipping
~~ Altered rock collision in an attempt to improve performance (more changes are required here)
~~ Flattened and raised the terrain the the edge of the map in several areas to prevent a bug from occurring
~~ Continued adding details to the airport
~~ Replaced a particular dirt texture with a better one
~~ Slightly altered 4-way intersections in an attempt to improve performance
~~ Fixed a roof with weird collision (thanks Voxdoc!)
~~ Modified a certain troublesome ramp to prevent collision issues

v0.6 -- Burning Rubber


** Modified roads to allow tire marks and smoke (changed surfaces from Particle Type '0' to Particle Type '1')
** Also modified drive-thru buildings (as well as asphalt and concrete terrain texture) to include this update

++ Added additional terrain texture detail to the city airport
++ Started adding fence to airport: may remove it if it reduces performance

~~ Modified terrain under roads to remove most clipping issues (terrain or grass poking through road)
