Level 99/100 bug fixed.

Restoration arrows: 10%hp per tick (3) -> 8%. Heal on NPCs is 5%->3% to adjust for overall big big strength and to compensate for increased damage/healing npcs take.

Cloak potions for actors working among hostile npcs should finally work next update.

Battle Lance damage 60/30 light/heavy -> 65/25. Its light attack poke/shield chip damage has been increased also. Big stamina drain still remains.

Some Exile thralls will have a small chance to drop Vulna wine now.

Crescent Talon, legendary slashing sword, will have bonus grit and agi.
Slashing sword light combos 3 bleed stacks - > 5 bleed stacks.

Will see if slaup+shield is fixed or not

-Fixed sword T-Posing animations (or maybe it was the patch that broke it in the first place, so much OOF /tired)
-Fixed Battle Lance disappearing from crafting window, but still searchable
-Warspear style (staff/lance) should no longer stun animals and undead into long moments of self reflective stupors.
-Fixed admin spawn Cloak Potions thanks to Muzlu Pasta (of IQOL mod)
-Added admin spawn shield weapon (uses slashing sword moveset) for dual shield wielding. Still WIP.
-Fixed staff/warspear icons
-Essence of Rot finally is stackable up to 1000.

Kits/Enchanting:
Admin spawn kits that have ++ in front of their names are working again. This was done until all the kits can be properly fixed. They work like the new oils where they will add an effect for a certain amount of time, then break to 250 durability at the end. Weapon enchants will last 2 hours for +20 and above, 1 hour for +10 and above, and 30 mins for under +10. Armor enchants will last for 1 hour.
Master plating kits add 30 armor and no durability increase.
Armor plating kits at 7 armor per armor tier (stone/iron/steel).
Bulked plating adds 50 armor and 10 weight.
Hardening Armor Enchant adds 30% total armor, and then 20 points of armor for 1 hour.

Updated for official patch.
Updated with respect to new enum E_WeaponComboType list.

-Increased damage (+3 points) and penetration (8%->15%), and stamina usage on staves (5->7). Star metal staff remains its low stamina cost.
-Battle spear's light attack damage increased (base 55->60), heavy attack damage decreased (55->30), penetration increased (22%->40%), and stamina usage increased (5->12), and durability decreased (1500-750).

-Starmetal Staff and Battle Spear's craft requirements have increased.
-Fixed animations that needed to be updated for the official patch so swords do not invoke the deadly t-pose.
-Renamed Flawless Slicing Sword->Flawless Slashing Sword.
-Fixed Staff feat crafting categorizations
-Treefrog poison bomb arrows should be fixed for real now

Updated for official patch.

Updated 1h sword to include replacement options. 1H sword still retains its added bleeds on light and heavy finishers, and its ~25% speed boost.
Fixed Star Metal Staff recipe so it is properly craftable
Fixed Staves and battle lance to work with spear weapons under fashionista. They should sheath and display properly now.
Fixed treefrog poison bomb arrows not working but displaying the poison cloud.
Increased treefrog poison damage slightly (100 per 5 second tick + 10%hp to 125 per 5 sec tick and 12% hp)
Improved staff/spears combo second to last combo - > last combo dropping. It should be more reliable or less fussy to execute now.

Improved 1H sword attack speed by roughly 25%. Added a bleed on the end of either combo.

Added four weapon types:
---A lance which is a combination of precise poking (lights) or wide sweeps (heavy), and an offhand getback attack. Staves have been added and use the lance moveset. They are craftable, with the most basic one craftable without a bench.
---Slashing sword uses a variety of quick sweeping slices and spinning attacks to stack bleed. The non legendary version can be built at level 30 at a blacksmith's bench. This weapon type has a hard shield bash at the beginning of a sword+shield combo.
---Replaces werewolf claws offhand 'attack' howl with a high stamina cost uppercut.
---Different bomb type. Throws faster and uses offhand inputs like a throwing axe. Currently only comes in the form of scourgewrath bombs.

Added bare handed cleaving item, as in you can stand over corpses and eat them to get the meat. One requires only stone to make as a base item, and the other is admin spawn, recommended for quests or rewards. It adds survival and has a high harvest amount.

Added a flawless hyperborean light loincloth. If you can craft the flawless epic set, you can craft this.

Fixed Venom Arsenal feat so it can be crafted.
Added feats/recipes to the nightscourge items - scourgewrath undead poison and the weaker specter coating, wrath bombs, torch spear (which will become a spear/lance when model is ready).
Added feats/recipes for blackglass throwing axe.
Reduced healing of healing arrows from 25 to 20 per 0.5 second tick.
Reduced restoration arrows healing from 15% of max health to 12% of max health for players over its 3 ticks.
Added a few icons and clarified some tooltips

-Disables ability to craft Exiled Lands Improved weapons: lightning hammers, telith's +6 weapons (1h sword still included), musashi's black blade +6, Xotli weapons
-Removing +7 telith weapons as they were meant to not be craftable in prior updates. They may return in the future.

Added/Changed
-Increases damage of most thrown weapons by roughly 6 points at least, increases stack size of throwning axes, javelins, and legendary thrown weapons to 50 (does not modify riptide), and decreases encumberance of most thrown weapons to 0.2-0.35 per item.
-Unwelcome Gift, the legendary throwing shield, now adds 100 bonus armor while equipped.
-Added a few npc/admin spawn poisons, arrows, one handed spears, and a few tokens for player clans
-Healing Arrows no longer heal 33% of total health over the 10 seconds, but now work off of a flat value that is about the same rate as before for higher level characters, but works out being a buff for lower health characters because before it was 33% of max health over its total cloud duration ticks
- Unblemished meat and yogmeat now heal a bit more if you're so inclined to eat such. They work similar to bandages. wtb eating emote.
- Black Ice Throwing Axes now chill when thrown instead of via only melee attacks.
- Several poison throwing daggers, including a cripple throwing dagger, have been added and can be learned without admin/quest/plot aid.
- A restoration arrow that does a burst of short healing at its splash impact spot. It heals thralls for proportionally less and may require more arrows/time.
- Vulna Sect Recipe now can be taught via a scroll and does not have to be admin enabled on a character. Berserker arrows have been added to the feat.

-Feat blocking of weapon kits reverted since the mod in question was hotfixed due to the problem.
-Temporarily disabling weapon kits until the mod that is causing the changes is identified (have suspect)
-Sacrificial dagger added back in
-Experimental admin weapons added in. This update was pushed before ready to address a serious balance bug from another mod.
-Disables Exiled Extreme supernatural attachments feats as of v1.4.38
-Disables ability to craft Exiled Lands Improved weapons: lightning hammers, telith's +6 weapons (1h sword still included), musashi's black blade +6, Xotli weapons
