-Ness has been updated to recognize Porky from Mother 3 - The Porky Empire
-Reduced base cost for Escargo Expressman
-Reduced the time it takes to pick up and drop off resources
-Increased Moves when Escargo Expressman is not carrying anything from 4 to 6
-Increased Moves when Escargo Expressman is carrying a resource from 2 to 3

Readjusted weights for PK Fire, PK Thunder, Hypnosis

  • PK Fire and PK Thunder have higher chances of being used when there are
    multiple enemies
  • PK Thunder is significantly more likely to be used if the target is on a
    defensive structure
  • Hypnosis less likely to be used until all sanctuaries are found
Fixed a problem with one of the Psychic names
Added a bit more Psychic names
Grammatical fixes
Added more diplomacy dialogue, including more lines for Starman Deluxe
Washington will no longer use some of Starman Deluxe's lines
Washington will now be enabled and disabled when he should be

  • Decision: Formalize Mu Training - Requires 4/8 sanctuaries discovered, 1 Magistrate, and Gold. Provides an influence boost with all met city-states, Psychics start with 15 xp, have a higher chance of appearing, and city state allies may gift Psychics
  • Decision: Patronize the Sky Runner - Requires 2 Magistrates, Flight and Gold. An airport is built in the capital, all airports provide +3 Gold and +2% Empire-wide gold for every airport owned (Maxes at 20%)
Now compatible with Starman's Revenge
Most changes made to Starman's Revenge is optional. Navigate to the mod's directory on your system (default for Windows is C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\EarthBound Eagleland (v 6)\Mod Compatibility\Starmen.sql) and edit the outlined sections to your delight
  • Starman Deluxe will not replace Washington and America
  • Mani Mani Statue has reduced cost, available earlier, provides a Great Person boost to all Great People just like National Epic
  • Starmen have their own Alpha Icon
  • Starmen can use their own PSI (PK Beam, PSI Shield, Lifeup, Hypnosis, PK Starstorm)
America will still have the Starmen's peace and war themes but I am unwilling to do anything about that

Escargo Expressmen may no longer pickup antiquity sites, since this can result in a game-breaking bug
Minor fixes to scripting for diplomacy dialog

-Psychics with a Reflective PSI Shield will now actually reflect it on death
