Another major update!

Changes include:
- Tracks can now be looped.
- /rcd autojoin for timed races; Players with autojoin will restart the race after finishing.
- IMPORTANT: The first node always acts as a checkpoint node.
- Finish node type has been removed.
- Nodes with missing or invalid numbers will be given a valid number.
- Timers with [racetimer] prefix will be triggered with /rcd timers.
- The new API can found in API/RacingDisplayAPI.cs

Fixed crash on exit.
Fixed strict start not recognizing past finish as off of the track.
Added /rcd laps <number>.
Fixed the UI header not showing "laps" at first under certain conditions.
Adjusted checkpoint sensitivity (again).

Fixed spectator controls.
Added strict start mode, on by default.
Added an admin UI, number of laps, timed mode, and strict mode can now be found in Alt + F10 menu.

Bug fixes and a more aggressive method of spectating racers that are out of sync distance. Tab method of hiding the hud was replaced with a configurable key.

Fixed position error when the number of laps is greater than 1

Important: Position values are no longer negative, and the active first racer now shows the distance from the finish line instead of distance from the start.
Reworked spectator controls (internally) and fixed spectating a racer not in sync distance.
Improved the detection for crossing checkpoints.
