Added ConVar:
sv_anti_noclip_field_rechecktime 0.01-5, Sets the time between field ticks in seconds. Higher values will reduce lag, lower values will make the fields more precise. Default: 0.25

Fixed vehicle entering was being blocked for allowed players.
Added a way to copy the model from a prop to the toolgun. Press reload to use it.

- Added ConVar sv_anti_noclip_field_freeforall 0/1 (Default: 0), it disallows/allows non-admins to use admin only features of the Anti-Noclip Field.
- Added a clientside option to hide all fields.
- You will notice if you are able to use admin only features.
- Fixed a huge bug that caused the fields to block things it shouldn't.

- Separated physgun, gravitygun and +USE pickup to have their own options.
- Changed the vehicle blocking option to kick you out of the vehicle when it is driven to a field.
- Added block option against flashlight.
