- Fixed a Bug with not correctly setting the 15%-increment bonus due to some criteria not being applied

Added a new Yield-Increment-Option under Advanced Options.
There you can choose how high the bonuses or penalties for the difficulties are. The available options are:

- 5% Increment (results in a range of +15% (settler) to -20% (deity))
- 10% Increment (results in a range of +30% (settler) to -40% (deity))
- 15% Increment (Default: results in a range of +45% (settler) to -60% (deity))

Changed the LocalizedTexts (English and German) for Difficulties in the Game-Menu and Percentage-Modifikations in the City-Yields-Mouseover.

Chieftain --> +20 % Science/Culture/Production/Gold/Faith
Warlord --> +10 % Science/Culture/Production/Gold/Faith
