Fixed Mexico Oil still being in foreign control
Added a lot of CZE and ITA equipment to Yugoslavia
Added anti-air to GER infantry (and 1 tech)
Reworked Anti-comintern pact (removed a lot of members)
Added few more strategies to Siam, should now arm itself and turn fascist
Nerfed Italy – removed many techs, completed Nationalist spain help
Nerfed France – Reduced equipment levels and experience of some units & starting production eff. (compared to previous version, overally still buffed)
Nerfed Guanxi & China – Removed some extra units I have added before, so it less steamrolls Japan invasions there
Germany – Changed panzer division template, now has medium tanks in (and few czech)

Added Sovetsky Soyuz battleship template to USSR in 1939 (Man the Guns only)
Added superBB tech to non-dlc games.
Other minor changes only.
