Small update to add Heaters and Cold Weather Gear for Arctic

There was a window that was missing from the Cargo Hatch so it wasn't sealed. Readded window.

Updated SeaBoss Systems (SBS) ORCA Mk.I (WIP).

- Light Duty stowable crane boom added to back with addition of a refueling swing arm. Crane controlled from pilots chair located at the ENGINEERING MONITOR/CRANE CONTROL STATION in CONTROL.
- Completed some additional alert items.

REMAINING ITEMS IN WIP:
- AutoPilot
- Tweaks to Gear, Throttle and Power Settings for optimal run
- "Paint and Polish"
- Complete shake down testing
