- Added research to increases the biomass power plant output even further! Max upgrade is now 300 power.

- Massively increased the biomass biochar reactor production speed. Reduced its wheatstraw consumption. Not it produces 12 carbon/day. Consuming 3 wheat and 0.3 water per carbon.
