-Decreased width of outer ring by 25%, Increased width of inner ring by 25%. Diameters remain the same.
-Inmproved circular resolution of rings, and removed inessential lateral vertices
-Added particle effects at poles
-Increased number of clouds
-Changed skybox
-Fixed Ring UVs
