Made one of the two large particle effects Purple in order to reduce confusion.

Added correct half-size texture to rings
Added smoothing and improved UVs to Toruses

-Decreased width of outer ring by 25%, Increased width of inner ring by 25%. Diameters remain the same.
-Inmproved circular resolution of rings, and removed inessential lateral vertices
