Changed mod name to better describe what it covers
Custom icons
Increased air water and power storage.
Increased charge rate of air water and power to help fit with my other mods.
Tweaked construction costs, seems fitting to use waste rock as the storages are underground
Added Playing With Food, covers the rest of the dome services and feeds people.
Tweaked Placebo, now uses some waste rock per visit, it's a placebo after all...

Fixed icon issues
New look buildings
Dome battery now takes 1 tile instead of 3 to make it easier to fit in domes and fit in line with air and water storages.

Removed basic production buildings, moved to a new mod called Enzo Building Pack 2.
Updated previous version to work with latest version of game.
