Recompiled from base mod to update with base mod changes up to this point.

Slowed down turret speed to make it harder for the larger capital turrets to hit closer faster ships.
Devate angle reduced to zero to reduce missed shots as it is already hard to hit at distance.
ALL Ammo has a max range of 4km Except for a select view turrets.

This ALSO changes vanilla turrets to have twice the range as normal.

Changed base shell speeds as with max speeds
More adjustments to rotate and elevation speeds

Edited Devate angles once more.
Flak shell explosion range incressed to 10 from 2.
Slowed down Azimuth(rotate) and Elevation rate for all "Capital" guns to make hitting fast closer ranged craft harder.
Reduced "defence" weapon type guns range.

Updated Deviate angle to be more accurate at range, Slower rotate and elevation speeds mean fast closer ranged target have a chance to evade the powerful cannons. Now makes it were people will need to make layered gun emplacements for dedicated ranges, and crafts.
