- Added new decisions preparing a completely new mechanic.
- Colonizing Arguim is now possible with events to bridge the cap to the exploration idea.
- New decision to get a colonist for a short time period after Arguim.
- Changed the NI slightly.
- Added splendor as reward for exploration to guide way towards age rewards.
- Decreased buffs from some modifiers.
- Introduced new requirements for macao purchase (since it could trigger to early after map reveal). Trader in the trade node is now required (and therefore trade range ;-) )

WARNING: Golden Century DLC now required.

After a long time (mostly used complaining about the content of Golden Century DLC), I decided to go ahead, buy the thing and port may changes to the GC mod tree, hopefully making your purchase a better bang-for-the-buck enjoying a brand new Portugal playthrough.

What's new:
- Incorporated the GC Mission Tree (some connections are still wonky, but it works)

Deprecated:
- Unique Government removed (as I couldn't get it to work)

- fixed (the still experimental) triggered modifiers which should give portugal a real "first mover advantage" and decline in later stages.

- increased compatibility with random new world (remove some useless missions and make go westward, and with this also Casa da India improvement, achievable)

- east timor event now works correctly

- changed reward for new government form via mission tree (before you lost all reforms and I'm still not sure how to fix this so the mission reward gives them back to you by default)

- New National Ideas now by default, opt-out possible via event.
- Changes to PDX missions regarding african claims. The structure of the tree should now give proper rewards for investments. (feedback is welcome)

Fixes:
- Arguin Feitoria no longer gives native assimilation globally (locally was intended). Instead a country modifier manages this for the first 10years of colonization.
