You no longer suffer a movement penalty, but The Pawn now only grants 1/2 of your movement score as free movement. So if you have 5m worth of movement per AP, you will get 2.5m for free.

Reduced requirement of talent, so no longer should there be respec mirror bugs.

Reduced the penalty to 3m per AP instead of 2.5m per AP.
