Reinstated Horde Sidestepping as it increases their mobility.

Enabled "z_grab_ledges_solo". The last player standing will no longer be denied a ledge grab. The round will still end regardless.

Removed the settings integrated with "Visible Infected Ladders and TankWalls" as coop modes are more like versus (altered spawn times unintentionally).

Reinstated set spawn delays as the original delays were literally unchanged from their campaign variant.
10 seconds minimum (Versus, Scavenge)
30 seconds max (Versus, Scavenge)
