Fixed the Alter Guard test variants and Parse: Ruthless Precision

I should be doing other things probably, but instead, I've got six new variants for canon heroes!

Wave 7 of SOTMLP is still a long way from starting-starting, but for now, you can enjoy the playtest versions of the variants for the mane six! Transformation is the theme!

Because I definitely needed more things to do, I have added a new hero deck! It's the Plutonian, my very first SCRPG character! XD They're a space spirit made up of the collected souls of an entire destroyed planet's inhabitants. Fun times! Plus a new approach to playtest cards.

You know, I'd thought I'd had my Little Red Riding Hood hero deck available for testing, but, uh, I guess not? So she's there now.

Also, I fixed the typo on the DE terms card, reload without caching to get that.
