Adjusted the later naval equipments not using the correct manpower/IC cost
Adjusted the stats of the Cruiser equipment to make it less similar to the battleship.
Fixed several instances of incorrect coastal assignment + naval bases.

Increased the speed of the ideology spread from the ideology advisors.
Reduced the manpower cost of the ships.
Added hidden tech for Murlocs that grants +25% attack in river, marsh and amphibious terrain, but grants -10% attack in all other terrain.
Fixed Paoquan Hollow province thinking it was connected to the sea.
Changed the mountain pass above Ahn'Qiraj to the Writhing Deep from the Crumbling Passage.

Changed Navy technology tree to add more choices.
Changed Aviation technology tree to add more choices.
Allowed Shadow, Disorder and Death to puppet.
Moved the custom topbar stuff into a sidebar. Added a toggle button that appears correctly for all resolutions.

Removed the Forcelimit mechanic for general soldiers. Now only for elite units.
Reduced naval equipment to three ranks.

Increased the resource requirements for all units to match the distribution in world, i.e made meeting the resource requirement harder.
