----Triple Update -Testing In Progress - Patch Two IS LIVE EXPECT SERVER/CLIENT DESYNC WHEN FLYING ON A SERVER UNTIL THIRD PATCH - Armor is working on servers (Should experience little to no desync), Potion & Stone still have desync, Spell is control (Unchanged-Server/Client Desync when Flying on servers)

Reverted changes to startup particle toggle logic, will now display properly again

Set 4 variables in the Flight logic chain to replicate properly - should fix issues related to being unable to actually... you know, fly... on a server.

Added DisableFlightParticle ini setting - Can now toggle the particle around the character during Flight on or off.

Changes -
Flight Stone Dropped Mesh Scale adjusted from 3 down to 2.
