Timers (After Startup):
Potion - 1 Minute
Stone - 1 & 1/2 Minutes
Spell - 2 Minutes

Armor Durability Loss Rate: ~1/Second

Mind Burn Rate: ~2/Second

INI Ranges:
Ascend, Descend & Flight upper limit set to 20 from 10

Bugfixes:
Activation of Flight after Deactivation has started is no longer possible.

Fixed -
-Stam check toggle not allowing jump input flight mechanic on armor
-Worldgrid material showing up on Flight Stone when dropped

Changed -
-Ascend, Descend, & Flight Multi ranges are now .1-10, previously were 1-10
