fixed uniforms that aren't showing up in the arsenal
fixed the base uniforms that are not correct

- redid the whole structure of the configs to make it more modular
- redid the worn designs
- removed the p1 armor (may come back)
- removed the training armor (may come back)
- each unit class has a new icon
- premade loadouts for zeus and mission makers
- changed a lot of the class names to follow the new naming system (sorry about your loadouts)
- added Heavy radio backpacks for even longer range but with less carrying capacity and more weight
- added helmet attachments (nvg slot) that doesn't have night vision to keep your look
- redid the arc designs
- added preview windows to make it easier to know what you are selecting in the editor
