removed a lot of unused armor
removed phase 2 armor since we only use phase 1 armor (they will come back in an another project)

fixing all the uniform missing textures and made the arc spawns all able to do medical and engineer abilities. The pilots can now do engineer abilities.

Accendently updated the mod and it had the wrong files, will be fixing that. Also adding Darren's armor.
