Lighting tweaks
Better use of decals
improved prop render distance
Improved theming around sewers
Added a door blocking plaza from seeing into the sewers choke point allowing cts an interesting sneak strat rather than having the option easily covered T's will have to be weary of sewers / hold them from the inside
RADADR UPDATED - it's not perfect but it is a lot better
Improved CT spawn
