BUGFIX: Corrected issues preventing Stutterwarp designs from loading.

Update: 15 Jan, 2019 @ 6:55pm

Added Morrigi Void Cutter to FTL, completing the set.

Update: 18 May, 2018 @ 5:55pm

Minor cleanup. Confirmation all races work as intended. Only caveat is missile boat and gunship supports do not load (though beamship and heavy gunship supports do).

Update: 18 May, 2018 @ 5:45pm

Races should be playable now, though there is a lingering bug regarding loading the missile boats and gunships. Credit to Fane for discovering the root of the issue.

Update: 18 May, 2018 @ 4:54pm

Got some of the problems squared away, but some races still break for no apparent reason. Continuing to track down the issue.

Update: 16 May, 2018 @ 4:54pm

Fixed some issues with ship naming. Unfortunately, designs loading on start seem bugged. Will attempt to track down the issue.

Update: 16 May, 2018 @ 4:34pm

Forgot to note fixed point cost during creation for 'Stutterwarp' FTL option.
Fixed some design names.

Update: 16 May, 2018 @ 4:30pm

Added Streak Drive to replace rocket engines for supports. Greater thrust for slightly less turn, only accessible when selecting 'Stutterwarp' FTL trait.
Locked Rocket/Ion drives for Stutterwarp FTL option.
Added default designs for 'Stutterwarp' FTL trait. Should now be fully playable.

Update: 15 May, 2018 @ 4:36am

Reduced stutterwarp thrust. It's now roughly between Ion Engine and Gravity Engine.
Stutterwarp requires FTL to build.
Added Stutterwarp to FTL selection screen -- only useable by selecting this.
Changed some internal stuff so RocketEngine and IonEngine can be removed from use when the player chooses Stutterwarp -- as soon as I convert the default designs to Stutterwarp those will be removed.
Renamed Hyperdrive (Warp Drive), Slipstream (Node Bore).

Update: 14 May, 2018 @ 7:12pm

Cleaned up code, set sane defaults. Stutterwarp is now between rocket and gravity engines in thrust, though they require no power as of right now unlike gravity drives. Thrust ranges from 100% listed to 200% listed inside a star system, and climbs to 1000% in deep space.
