New Feature:

-TurretPenalty. Adds additional time to the PowerUpDelay depending on the amount of turrets in a specific area. Check out the INI config thread for more info.
-PowerUpDelay will be shown in the Public UI for everyone now.

-MaxTurretPenaltyTime=

Bugfix:

-PlantX wont shoot once OGS was active
-Overlapping OGS wont buff structures twice or more

> that is not fixable by me. you'll have to load a backup from a state before patch 2.3

S+ user: if you alter the HP of XL walls via .ini
saveworld and restart after using the command

Changes:
> Changed GUS.ini from "DinoHPMulti=" to "DinoIncDMGReduction=" *thanks to Aelsius*
> Dinos wont get boosted HP now. They're incoming DMG gets reduced divided by the number you enter.

> enemy C4 now doesnt get destroyed if structures take damage while OGS is active
> Alliance Penalty now checks 5 sec before activating if an ally is still in range. If yes it restarts the Alliance Penalty timer.
> Maximum Structure HP Multi is now 30
> Scriptcommand OGS DebugStructures now resets the HP of structures to default [changed HPs via INI (S+ XL walls) get overwritten (for S+ a server restart fixes that)]

Additions:
> Timebased RP: the OGS structure now shows the time left.
> If a Shield is active every entering of the shield of a "foreign" player gets logged into ShooterGameLog (if logging enabled)

Bugfixes:
> Alliance Penalty didnt trigger
> Executing "DoExit" caused server crash
> Structure HP boost didnt worked properly
> If you removed the OGS via "cheat destroymytarget" or "UI" it didnt reset the HP boost
> Dinos not rideable after deactivation
> Turrets aimed but didnt shoot after deactivation
> TB RP activated for all tribes if used via Scriptcommand

- Fixed Scriptcommands
- IMPORTANT: if the v2.2 bug still occurs run:
cheat scriptcommand OGS DebugPatchDinos
after the update to fix that dinos were not able to move/cant be ridden etc

- Disabled Dino HP boost for now. (will still show in admin menue but mod handles it to make them unkillable)
