- Added "timeleft" in the raidprotection section to show you how long the timebased RP lasts

> AlliancePenalty=
> If true the shield deactivates if an allied member enters the bubble range
> AlliancePenaltyTime=
> The time the shield needs to chargeup after the AlliancePenalty

> Admin Shield
> is visibile for admins in the normal settings on the OGS
> if true the OGS will activate instant, wont deactivate and wont decay
> due to the nature of the OGS the structures of the player/tribe wont decay
> admin OGS wont count into the limit. so you are able to place multiple OGS checked as admin even if you have a
limit of 1
