[Traits]
Bounty Hunter:
All Naval units receive +2 additional Movement. Gain +1 free Great Admiral points per turn.

Piracy Culture:
Units gain the ability to enter ocean tiles after researching Shipbuilding.

[Unique Units]
Royal Fortune:
Replaces Privateer.
Has higher Combat Strength as well as higher Movement and +1 additional Attack Range. After killed an enemy, gain gold as the enemy's Combat Strength.

Fortune Guards:
Replaces Musketman.
Has higher Combat Strength as well as higher Movement. After killed an enemy, gain gold as the enemy's Combat Strength.

[Unique Building]
Blueflame Port:
A building in place for Harbor.
Available at Mercantilism civic. Provides +6 Gold, +2 Culture, +2 Food, +2 Housing.

[Agenda]
Make it Rain:
Tries to build a large militaries. Respects other Civilizations with large armies. Dislikes Civilizations with weak militaries.
