-Hadean pulse rifle now has a range of 200m instead of 133m to be consistent with other races
-Fixed a typo in VSR's mod description
-General BlackDragon: Adjusted damage values of chunk explosions (shibbits); shibbits will now do more damage (adjusts change made in Release 100)
-General BlackDragon: Fixed accidental switch of deployed Hadean Recycler into the non Multiplayer building form; fixes missing evscoutu_vsr in Recy build tree

-Adjusted map ivar settings (ivar32=0 and ivar50=1) to have the correct friendly fire options set by default (AI no damage, players can damage each other)

-Map VSR: Forgotten shell image is now in the correct .dds format and will not produce a baked version in bindata
-Removed OmegaKick from the Hadean Combat Laser explosions
-Rocket Tanks can now aim nearly vertically (at a ~75 degree angle of elevation instead of <60 degrees)
-Scion Guardians now have an EngageRange of 180m instead of 150m; this will allow them to use Gauss Gun at max range - please test for side effects
-Scion WASP missile damage reverted to stock (and stock graphical update applied) - please test

-Starting Xypos now has 1800 health rather than 2200 health (originally-intended behavior)
-Removed ExE's map pack as a dependency for VSR; his maps are now included in the VSR mod so they can use VSR settings

-General BlackDragon: Fixed NAVs not being able to be placed on maps missing [Size] in the .trn. Assumes 4096x4096 map size if it's missing (test and report if this happens on other maps)

-General BlackDragon: Stronger attempt to fix possible crash from max entities, cleans up more scrap if there's > 1024 loose on the map
-General BlackDragon: Fixed Instant Action not using the correct AI Teams/AIPs
-General BlackDragon: Changed the way the MPI chooses AI Plans. It now uses the same AIP plans for the Enemys as Instant Action does (Plans 6 - 10). This fixes the Stage Points issue without removing functionality from Instant Action
-General BlackDragon: More work on fixing MPI, point to the correct, now *overridden* AIP file names (Team 11 uses AIP 6, Team 12 uses AIP 7, etc...)
