Youjo Senki v3.0.3 'Arene' Hotfix:

- The mod now runs on 1.9.3 Husky.

AI Changes:
- François Republic will no longer rush war against the Empire before fixing its army.

GUI Changes:
- La Résistance and Man the Gun loading screens no longer appear in the mod.
- Simple terrain map mode is now more legible.

National Focus Changes:
- The Empire's Monarchist tree is now correctly checks for ideology.
- Fixed a localization issue with Istria Crisis.
- Rewritten much of the localization of the Republic's NF tree.
- Added a few bypasses for the Empire's NF tree to prevent progress blocks.

Balance Changes:
- Mages now receive bonus from special force technologies, and mage recon receives bonus from recon technologies.
- Akitsushima AI is no longer handicapped when training divisions and creating templates as in vanilla.
- Akitsushima can only peace out if neither sides are in factions.

Other Changes:
- Operation Shock and Awe is no longer repeatable.
- Monarchist names and flags added for all countries in the game.
- Ported new resource prospecting decisions from vanilla.

3.0.2 'Arene' Hotfix Changelog:

New Features:
- Custom game rules for AI countries' political focus paths. By default they will stick to the "historical" path.
- Marine and paratrooper mage techs that unlock additional templates and improve mages' combat abilities.
- Marine mages module for capital ships that provides AA and spotting buffs. (Requires MtG)

National Focus Changes:
- François Republic's "The Reformed Grande Armée" focus now correctly removes the "Widespread Apathy" national spirit.
- François Republic's "Reformed Navy" focus no longer requires you to complete two exclusive branches.
- The Empire's Operation Albion, Lion, and Hush focuses now target the same country as in their description. Additionally, they will be bypassed if the target country is already your ally or enemy, or doesn't exist.
- The Empire's "Betray the Treaty" focus correctly breaks the NAP with Russy, and is bypassed if there is no NAP to begin with.
- The Empire's "Hiltrian Partition" focus now carves up Hiltria with smoother borders.
- Addressed some logical issues with the final focuses of the Dacian focus tree.

GUI Changes:
- Fixed a display issue affecting the law selection panels.
- Fixed several small flags (used by division icons and in texts) having the wrong dimensions, and remade some blurry ones.
- Added new generic mage equipment icons and unique ones for the Empire and the Republic.
- Tanya's Silver Wings trait now has an icon.

Balance Changes:
- Russy AI will no longer send volunteers if Akitsushima isn't winning to begin with.
- Akitsushima AI is less prone to launch suicidal naval invasions.
- Albion, François, and Legadonia now starts with the basic mage equipment technology.
- The Legadonian army now starts without a critical equipment shortage.

Other Changes:
- Many localization improvements.
- The game now treats Tanya as a woman.
- Original and canon characters are now distinguished by their respective traits.
